IMPORTANT NOTE: DO NOT BEGIN YOUR REGISTRATION PROCESS UNTIL YOU HAVE COLLECTED YOUR DOCUMENTS FOR VERIFICATION. THIS IS NECESSARY REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOU ARE IN OUR BOUNDARIES OR NOT. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION WITHOUT THEM. FOR A LIST OF ACCEPTABLE DOCUMENTS AND WHAT YOU NEED BASED ON YOUR REGISTRATION, PLEASE VISIT HERE.

SCHOOL WAIVERS FOR OUTSIDE THE CPLL BOUNDARIES FOR THOSE EIGHT AND OLDER:
IF YOU ARE SUBMITTING A SCHOOL WAIVER, MEANING YOU LIVE OUTSIDE THE CAMBRIAN PARK LITTLE LEAGUE BOUNDARIES AND ARE OVER THE AGE OF SEVEN BUT ATTEND FAMMATRE, FARNHAM, BAGBY, IDA PRICE, ST. FRANCIS CABRINI OR STEINDORF, YOU WILL ALSO NEED TO HAVE DOCUMENTS TO PROCEED WITH REGISTRATION. You will need to complete the school waiver and have it signed before registering. It can be found here:


ALSO, PLEASE NOTE REGISTRATION CHANGE: EVERY PLAYER WILL HAVE TO UPLOAD A COPY OF THEIR BIRTH CERTIFICATE FOR EVERY SPRING REGISTRATION. DOCUMENTS ARE PERGED EACH YEAR FOR SECURITY REASONS.

9, 10, 11 as of 8/31/25: Triple AAA
10, 11, 12 as of 8/31/25: Majors
13, 14, 15 as of 8/31/25: Juniors
14, 15, 16 as of 8/31/25: Seniors
